The Brief
COVID was pushing back the delivery of our newest swim line and restocking the classics that the customers love. Our competitors were already discussing swim. We needed a way to let people know it was coming when even we were uncertain it would.

COVID was pushing back the delivery of our newest swim line and restocking the classics that the customers love. Our competitors were already discussing swim. We needed a way to let people know it was coming when even we were uncertain it would.
The Outcome
Produced a swim giveaway on Instagram where the customer would take a screenshot, circle, and share their favorite new/existing, swim items from the upcoming swim launch to be entered to win the style they shared. Each screenshot utilized a few marketing strategies to increase their following and participation in the giveaway, making it Primary's most successful giveaway to date. The campaign allowed customers to engage with the brand and keep them up to date on launching their favorite products without losing their business to competitors.

Customers submitted valuable questions, allowing employees to speak directly with their customers and spread awareness about essential company values such as sustainable supply chain practices.
